A Remarkable Success Story
Let us share with you the inspiring journey of Eoighan, a young student who was struggling with Maths and on the verge of exclusion from school. Eoighan's concerned parent reached out to us for help, and we gladly took him under our wing. Through building a trusting relationship with Eoighan, his academic performance soared. Not only did his Maths grades improve
significantly, but his overall attitude and learning in other subjects also underwent a remarkable transformation. Eoighan's parents were astounded and credited our influence for their son's success. We guided Eoighan through his GCSE (Grade A) and later A-level Mathematics (just 12 marks shy of an A). Today, he is pursuing
Economics at a prestigious university and thriving in the Financial Sector.

From Teacher to Igniter of Passion
Our founder, armed with a PGCE in Secondary Mathematics, had a flourishing career in an Outstanding London school. However, the
arrival of his own children altered his perspective profoundly. Recognising the importance of striking a balance between work and family life, he made the bold decision to leave the traditional classroom behind. Ironically, this led him to a renewed focus on teaching, but on his own terms. Thus, Ignite Learning was born.

Our founder, now a dedicated tutor, relishes the opportunity to tutor during the week while cherishing precious moments with his wife and their two boys, Taigh (10) and Fínn (7). This newfound flexibility and passion have reinvigorated his commitment to education. Additionally, as a GCSE and International A-Level examiner with Pearson, his expertise is further honed and up-to-date, ensuring your child receives the highest level of instruction.
